In an effort to take advantage of many requests by Asian investors to be more involved in the Vancouver/Kelowna/Calgary residential and commercial markets. City Lifestyle Group was invited to be a guest speaker at a large Real Estate Developers convention in Weifang, China.

Very worthwhile conference. In a large city Weifang near Beijing, China

I was the only Caucasian speaker at the conference. I was treated as a “VIP”.

Excellent, final ceremonies, very professional, offering all types of entertainment.

Typical downtown view with wide roads. Pollution not a factor. People, happy, busy and helpful!

High speed train that moves people at 300 km from City to City

Food was excellent! Typically, high quality organic Chinese dinner

Typical, street, with cranes everywhere. Lots of construction growth. Very clean streets.

Powerpoint presentation with my assoicate and translator Bina. People very intereted in Canada. Very patient and understanding.

Met with banks in the area for clients with presentation. The Bank Manager, very interested in our programs.

Met with award winning contractors. They build 200 – 1000 units per year.

In conclusion, this first trip to China was very worth while and educational. City Lifestyle Group is meeting with asian investors on an ongoing basis.
