Kelowna

Kelowna housing has increased in value substantially as of late.  Now that winter is over there is limited supply and large demand growth for inner city properties.  People are moving from Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver to take advantage of well-located well priced properties.  The market is very strong in townhouse and condo product, with inner city locations priced under $750,000.  A new program for 1^st time buyers is in place for BC residents.
